Positive living involves choosing corresponding words. Positive affirmations are solutions that will replace whatever problem you might have. By repeating theses affirmations over and over, you’ll be planting new seeds in the fertile soil of your subconscious mind, and they’ll become true for you. If a negative or old thought pops up (which it will in the beginning), acknowledge it, be aware of it and say “I see you, I thank you, OUT, but you are no longer a part of my vocabulary or thought pattern.” Then continue with affirmations as much and as often as possible to re-boot the circuitry in the subconscious till it becomes one with you. That which we constantly affirms becomes true for us.
*I give myself permission to change.
*I create a new life with new rules that totally support me.
*I easily and comfortably release that which I no longer need in life.
*I am willing to change and grow. I now create a safe, new future.
*I now choose to support myself in loving, joyous ways.
*I deserve the best, and I accept the best now.
*I am trusting, I am releasing. I ask for what is of the highest service to myself and to the world.
These are just a touch of many that can be said. I wake up every morning acknowledging what I am grateful for – my health, my dogs, my wonderful husband, everything that is in my life, even down to the detail of the beautiful, organic seedling plants in my garden. To the sound of the birds. My Vitamix! 🙂 Yes, I tell it I LOVE YOU every day. When you are appreciative of things you have in life, more will come to you in positive ways.
